Old Owl is a walk away to Lake Shore Drive and the lake bluff (5 mins.) and Douglas Public Beach (1.6 miles) to enjoy all the lake life sights, sounds, sunrises and sunsets. You can easily access all the great things in the Saugatuck and Douglas area with a short drive to town. Old Owl has 3,800 SF of newly constructed space with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This custom designed and professionally decorated house is spread over 2 levels – pick your favorite area to relax and unwind. Perfect for either your own personal retreat or for multi-family use.
